Shipping Policy
At Hello Tallow, we carefully handcraft and package each order with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hello Tallow is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product is defective.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Approval
Any approved returns must be authorized by Hello Tallow before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
